Last week we had Mr Skilbeck join Year 3 via Zoom to talk about his life as a sports journalist. It was so interesting to hear about what his working life is like from the different working hours he works each day to the technology he uses and the breadth of different sports he reports on. It was great to hear about some of his favourite interviews (such as with Wayne Rooney) and the different sporting events he has attended over the years including the London 2012 Olympics, the football World Cup, Wimbledon and the Womens European Football Championships to mention just a few!
