Wellbeing and Mental Health
Wellbeing and Mental Health is a priority for Green Lane. Through our PSHE, Thrive and pastoral approach, we support children to understand, establish and have success with well-being and mental health.
As part of our daily curriculum, we use the following tools to help children develop positive well-being, as well as strategies to manage in different situations.
Academy Mental Health Lead
Mrs Sercombe is our Mental Health Lead, having completed the DfE approved training.
Mental Health First Aiders – Youth and Adult
In school we have staff who are trained to support with First Aid for both youth and adult mental health. If you would like any further information, please contact the academy and ask to speak to Mrs Sercombe or Mrs Hector.
